Mother cat was both disturbed and caring, and she tried everything she could to reunite with her adorable missing kittens.

Maternal love is a powerful force in both humans and animals.

This story is about a mother cat’s devotion to her kittens and the efforts she made to bring them together.

When the staff at the Mill Road Veterinary Hospital in Whangarei was about to open the doors to start their clinic early one morning, they were surprised to see what was right in front of the door. It was a package containing four four-week-old kittens. I took them in without hesitation.

They were so beautiful and defenseless that the employees fell in love with them at first sight.

After one of the workers, Nicole, identified the kittens, she took them home and decided to take care of them overnight. The next day, another unusual thing happened. That morning, a security guard noticed Tabby’s mother cat hanging around the clinic’s front door.

Every time the front door opened, she was trying to get into the clinic.

When the staff learned that this cat had no intention of leaving, they decided to take it into custody. It was then discovered that this stubborn cat was a nursing mother.

As it turned out, she was the mother of four kittens that had been found the day before.

Apparently someone had abandoned the cat, but the mother cat may have gotten scared and ran away, searching all night for her little babies. Mystery solved. The caregivers let the mother cat welcome her kittens once everything was clear. This reunion was a touching scene. Everyone was overjoyed.

Fortunately, the veterinary staff immediately took the kittens in.
